You can shop at physical stores near your home – here you can locate a Gladiator dealer – or an online store.

 

-WHY CAN NOT I BUY ON THIS OFFICIAL PAGE?

We do not sell directly to the traveler because we believe in local shops, lifelong shops that have been passed from generation to generation, in the business of luggage entrepreneurs or in the online stores of small entrepreneurs. – WHAT SUITCASE IS CABIN SIZE FOR EACH AIRLINE COMPANY?

Please check the measures allowed on the website of the company which you will fly. Usually the most standard measures are 55x40x20cm and all our suitcases that meet these dimensions will be indicated as CABIN OK.

– WHERE CAN I FIND MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT?

– WHAT INCLUDES THE MEASURES OF THE SUITCASES?

All our measures include the wheels, upper handles, side handles and supports.

– WHAT IS MORE PRACTICAL, 2 OR A 4 WHEEL  SUITCASE?

It depends, 4 wheels suitcases go great on smooth surfaces, but if you move through streets, sideways rough surfaces it is much better a 2 wheel. In medium and large sizes it is more advisable 4 wheels why you can carry the weight better, but in the cabin size 2 wheels will have more capacity.

– HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY GLADIATOR?

AFTER SALES

– HOW DO I CHANGE THE NUMBER THAT COMES BY DEFECT IN THE COMBINATION?

All Gladiator comes with an instruction sheet which explains how to do it. The number of the combination that comes by default is 000. To put the combination you want, look at the back where the combination is, you will see a lever with a plastic that has the safe function, remove the plastic and move the Lever in the opposite position, put the new combination and move the lever back to the starting position. To finish put the plastic that makes sure function. Here you can find out how to change your combination.

If you have any problems or complaints about an item purchased in one of our stores, we recommend that you contact the store directly. You will find all our stores in our Stores section.

-AFTER-SALES SERVICE

We have wheel spares, handles and locks. So if you have to repair it you have to contact the store where you bought it or contact us through our after-sales service.

-WARRANTY

You have 2 years warranty, which is 730 days. Think you can go around the world in 80 days ;-P

For general purposes, our product warranty covers any factory defects, but misuse is excluded. Likewise wear and tear is not covered by warranty either.

Our products are tested according to international standards, depending on each type and quality of their materials, we assign maximum values ​​of weights, tread, use of rack, etc. So depending on the characteristics of each of our collections, the performance of the product can vary and therefore have uses adjusted according to customer demand.

The maximum term of guarantee against defects of manufacture is established in 2 years according to European regulations.
